Stan Shnayder joined the Law Office of Eugene Gitman in 2025, where he concentrates his practice in criminal law, family law, real estate law and civil litigation throughout Pennsylvania. Since 2011, when Mr. Shnayder joined the Pennsylvania Bar, he has successfully represented more than a thousand clients throughout the Commonwealth.
Mr. Shnayder earned his undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Temple University in 2006. He later received his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan Law School in 2010.
Since beginning his legal career in 2011, Mr. Shnayder has represented clients in a broad range of matters and has built his practice on dedicated advocacy and practical legal guidance. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In addition, Mr. Shnayder is fluent in Russian.
Outside the office, Mr. Shnayder is an avid music enthusiast and a loyal Philadelphia sports fan. He closely follows the Eagles, Flyers, 76ers, and Phillies, and enjoys attending concerts and sporting events whenever he can, including traveling for memorable live experiences.
